The hospitality was amazing, and the owner, Mr. Ajaz, was very kind and helpful. The food served on the boat was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and warm. The view from the houseboat was truly mesmerizing, with the frozen lake and snow-covered mountains. The staff's behavior and cooperation were outstanding, and transportation was easily arranged. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom facilities exceeded my expectations and were well-maintained. it was a perfect pampered stay in Srinagar.

There were a few minor drawbacks that affected the overall experience. The lack of heating in the room upon arrival was a bit disappointing, and the absence of a heater in the dining area made it uncomfortable to eat there.

Our visit to the houseboat on Dal Lake was a unique and delightful experience. Despite the sub-zero temperatures, the traditional heating system kept us warm. The hot water facilities were also excellent. The small rooms were neat and decent, and the vegetarian food exceeded our expectations.
